Commitment We rely on income from a number of sources. These can come from membership dues, class fees, sale commissions, Open Studio fees, community programs and grants. Since all sources of income are important for the financial viability of the Guild, we require commitment by all members to maintain the revenue streams to continue to operate the studio 24/7 for all. | Responsibilities of Studio and Ram Memberships Studio and RAM memberships have added responsibilities, which include a willingness to serve on the Executive, a responsibility to complete a certain number of volunteer hours each year, and participate in scheduled studio space cleaning regimen. |
How to Apply for Membership |
Apply for General Membership with the Mississauga Potters' Guild Online Now! Note - A discounted Student General Membership is available if enrolled in a full time College or University program. Interested in a Studio or RAM Membership? We currently have a wait list, but you can add your name to the wait list. When a space becomes available, the Membership Coordinator will call you to discuss your experience and space availability. Apply here. New members are required to take at least three classes with the Guild, or, if you are an experienced potter, you can meet with the Membership Coordinator to discuss your experience and potting ability.
