Our Guild has 2 sales each year. The Spring Sale is on the last weekend in April. The Fall Sale is on the 3rd weekend in November.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days
Clean up: November 17 after 4:00 p.m.
2024 Fall Sale Shift Signup
Part of being in the sale is working a shift at the sale. We ask everyone in the sale to please sign up for at least one shift, though two would be great!

Register now to take part in our Fall Sale at White Oaks Montessori School.
Date of the sale: November 16 and 17 (Saturday and Sunday)
Time of the sale: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m both days
Last day to register: Friday, November 10, 2024
Location of the sale
White Oaks Montessori School
200 Vanier Dr, Mississauga, ON L5H 4C7
Set up date and time: Friday, November 15 after 4:00pm for set up of tables.
Clean up date and time: Sunday, November 17 after 4:00 p.m. to clean up.
Prizes or rewards if any: There will be a door prize draw of an open studio pass for 1 winner. The draw will take place Sunday at 3:30 p.m.
Cost to participate:
Table cost + 15% commission to the Guild

Table sizes and costs
Large (30 x 72”) $30 + HST (30 tables available)
Medium (30 x 40”) $25 + HST (8 tables available)
Half (30 x 36”) $20 + HST (4 tables available)
Cancellation policy: No refunds available.
